Delivery

Once you have purchased your subscription box or gift box service before the 15th of that month, you will receive your first box the same month when boxes ship on the 21st. If your order was placed after the 15th, you will receive your first box the following month.

LOSS OF GOODS: The carrier  (USPS) is  responsible for the delivery of all goods ordered. Please track your order online with the tracking number provided and follow up with them regarding delays or failure of delivery. We are not liable for failure to pick up your package once notified by the carrier. If your package has been delivered by the carrier and shows that, but for some reason you did not receive it we are not liable at that point. No refunds can be offered since your package was successfully delivered as shown on the system. Once the package has been shipped to you and you were provided with shipping info, it is your responsibility to ensure delivery of said package.
